Atty. João Inocêncio, CPA, MSc in Accounting, Advisor

João Inocêncio is a Lawyer and Accountant with a Master's degree in Accounting from the Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (UFPE). He specializes in Tax Law, Accounting Control, Auditing, Business Law, and Corporate Advocacy. João is a partner at Inocêncio & Morato Law Firm, where he leads the Civil Division, and serves as a Consultant at Consulting & Finance, focusing on corporate restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and financial planning.

With a background in both law and accounting, João combines his expertise to advise clients in various sectors, including construction, engineering, and sports services. He is also a professor of Accounting and Tax Law at Faculdade Santa Helena. João's academic research explores the intersection of legal and accounting systems, aiming to improve judicial decision-making.
